Visitors

I had Ryker on Monday and my parents made it here on Wednesday. I'm so glad the timing worked out perfect because there for awhile I thought he would be late. You can say that he was born ready because he was born on his due date! Wish my parents could have stayed longer but every moment together was fabulous. We took Ryker every were when he was only a few days old. Lets see he went to lunch a few times, went to a picnic, and wenting shopping with the girls. Aunt Kathy and Uncle Alan came on Friday! It was so good to see them and Kathy made us Wansabi and Red Beans and Rice! It was a great time.

Ryker Joseph

He is finally here! Ryker could not be more perfect!! He weighed 7 lbs. 3 oz. and was 21 1/2 inches long. We think he looks more like his Dad but has his Mommy's nose and lips. Labor went well and we stayed in the hospital for only 24 hours. We would have left sooner if they would have let us. We are proud parents and enjoy every moment of it.

Baby Shower

I had a great time at my baby shower! My friends Jasmine an Jaime did a great job with everything! We had it at Mrs. Powell's, a restaurant known for there cinnamon rolls. The theme was "A Bun in the Oven" it was so much fun. The food was great, and we got a lot of great things for our baby boy.

BBQ April 16th

It was so nice to finally have a nice day for a BBQ, it was 75 degrees all day! Cant wait for many more days like this!

Ultrasounds

It's A Boy

Everyday it sinks in a little more that I am having a baby boy! Sam and I have had a blast putting his room together! It all started with the paint then we decided on the Sailor room theme. Everywhere we go we are always looking for things that might go with our theme. Sam has had fun making model ships. Now all we need is our precious little baby to put in it! It will be here before we know it.

High School Sweethearts

Sam and I have been together for 10 years in December! Our friend Amanda introduced us, and ever since that day we have been inseparable. Thanks Amanda for being such a great match maker! It was all destiny as my family moved back to Idaho Falls after leaving to live in Amarillo, Texas for some time. My parents are back in Amarillo, Texas now so we like to say it was destiny for us to move back so I could meet Sam! I love the quote "Everything happens for a reason." We went to two different High Schools, which made it more interesting at times. We did live two blocks away from each other though!

After 7 years we got married on July 6, 2006 in Idaho Falls! We had a blast at our wedding, it really could not have more of a fairytale for me. I was so glad that so much of our family and friends were able to make it! We were so blessed to have such great lines too. Jon Gunnerson, Brent Brush, and Josh McGavin were his Groomsmen. Amanda Hitz, Kelly Gunnerson, and Jaime Taylor were my Bridesmaids. Of course, Amanda had to be the Maid of Honor since she introduced us and was my childhood best friend!
